On Point Australia was started by Hayden Wall in 2010. As Director and Principal Consultant, Hayden draws on his unique combination of expertise as a certified practicing accountant, senior business manager, and IT expert to provide businesses and Not-for-Profits with streamlined, automated and better quality data.

Hayden grew up in PNG and has always had a passion for analysis, problem solving and for the practical side of numbers. His talents are not just based in the theoretical side of number-crunching and financial reporting, but also in ferreting out why particular results are occurring and how problems can be resolved.

This unique blend of interests and approaches lead Hayden to combine his qualifications as a CPA, with hands-on management experience in complex manufacturing environments and through smart use of IT, to create effective data based decision making tools for businesses and Not-for-Profits.

When not with On Point Australia, Hayden volunteers with community organisations – with a particular interest in working with under-privileged and at risk youth.
